Seriously, I can't even get into my account! I entered my password, but it just won't work.

This app is just a load of rubbish. Seriously, don't waste your time on it. It's complete trash!

Update: I ran into some trouble while trying out WTFast for free before making a commitment. I followed the free trial link on their site, but I got charged right after entering my credit card details.

If you're unsure about the free trial, check out what others have said or reach out to them BEFORE you commit.

Initially, they refused to give me a refund, but eventually, some of my feedback caught the attention of a guy named Emanuel, and I ended up getting my money back.

I think the company should be clearer about their free trial and refund policies to build a better relationship with their customers.

The FAQ points folks to sign up for a free trial, but just a heads up, subscriptions aren’t free and they can’t be refunded.

Since 2018, I've been using wtfast for my gaming needs, and it’s been fantastic! :) Occasionally, I ran into some problems, but they got sorted out pretty quickly.

I was charged for the subscription, but when I went back to the site, nada happened. The website still believes I haven't paid for any subscriptions. I'm starting to feel like this is all a scam. Please, I need a refund.

This app is really great, just make sure the interface stays straightforward. If you do that, you'll have an awesome application.

This thing didn’t do what it was supposed to. They claimed a free 7-day trial, but they charged me anyway. Getting my money back wasn’t exactly easy, but I did manage to get a refund in the end.

I've never encountered such awful support. They didn't process my refund even though I didn't use their service after the trial period.

This truly aids me with connection problems. It's way more stable for gaming.

Honestly, it's pretty good and user-friendly. But seriously, avoid that new beta version; it's super confusing and you can't access certain servers.

Awful customer support. Their system indicated I had a better ping, but the lag was more frustrating than ever while playing FF14. I had to chase them down to request a refund, and they finally got back to me only to deny my request.
